I booked a cab for on 23 march for 6:50 PM(CRN69556588). I called up customer care for confirmation and that guys said I would receive the driver details in 20 mins. which I didnt so I called up again.
After that I received the details. I waited till 6:40 PM I didnt get any call from Driver. I called up support. they said there is some technical issue and the cab will be delayed. I blasted them as they didnt even have courtesy or common sense to inform about the delay. after few mins the driver called me for my address. and he was at chaitanyapuri.which is atleast 30 mins drive from my place.
I called up support again.they said they will arrange something in 10 mins. I got another msg with new driver and cab details. I called him up he said he didnt get any booking details. in the meanwhile the earlier driver called me and said he got a booking cancellation msg.
I called up support, it was already 7:05 PM, that guy put me on hold for few mins and said there are no sedans available now. he can give me a mini. didnt undstnd wht it meant.my book got cancelled.? So the final conclusion. most unorganized company. they dont know if a cab is booked or not. they cant guarantee the time and even booking.
I called up a local travels guy and he came in few mins and it was cheaper than OLA rates
