FRAUDULENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
I have referred a lot of my colleagues, friends and family.
I have been able to make ?#?OLA_MONEY? Amounting to about Rs. 11, 000/-
Then, suddenly my A/C got blocked . After mailing many times to app@olacabs.com, didn’t get any reply. Then I wrote about this issue on their Facebook page, got a sarcastic reply to write the issue over mail.
Finally Received a call Ola_Executive gave me explanation that some of my referrals are having fraud e-mail id’s ., After sometime he said that this email- id does not exists. Finally, he comes to the point that the the contact number registered with, are equally important to mail id. I argued that you can call each of my referral and confirm whether they have used Olacabs on my recommendation or not.
conclusion from his end was that they are not in favor of giving such a big amount as #Ola_Money.
I don’t know why such companies run these kind of programs, when they don’t wanna fulfill them. they owe me some money yet they are they sticking to their self defined TnC.
Now, I am sure about their answer that they have written in TnC,
" Its their sole discretion when to withdraw Ola_Money".
These kind are not going to lift a company a lift.
