OLA Cabs are very very unprofessional. The driver was supposed to come on time at 1.30 p.m . But he was not knowing the area well and didnt even call me. I called driver asking that where is he and he asked me for directions. I gave him directions and he took half an hour to come to my place for pickup which was at 2 p.m. When I reached my destination, he gave me bill that included waiting time charges for 39 minutes. The driver was extremely rude and was fighting with me to give him money along with waiting charges for which I was not responsible. I called customer care also but it didn’t help. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OLA CABS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
