Recently we booked ola cab in mangalore(crm 137514163) for a drop to airport at 3:45 am. Till 3:30 am, there were no sms from ola regarding cab details. Upon enquiry, they said no cabs are available in that area and expressed sorry.
With 15 min time left to find another cab, we were under great tension to reach airport in time. Luckily the flight was delayed by half an hour and we were saved. ola is least bothered whether people are booking cabs to go to airport or for picnic. They accepted the booking and forgot to fulfil their duty.For night rides they should make arrangement previous night itself, instead of saying cabs are not available at the last minute .
