I took a ola cab to go from thane to dadar. It was cheapest n luxurious service ever. The drivers are always helpful. Though sometimes they may not be exactly aware of routes but with GPS they manage well. Cars are good n fully air conditioned with WiFi facility. The science behind the fare system is demand n supply. Hence any time can be peak hour. It’s not necessarily office hours or festiv season hours. You need to keep checking the fare till you get the lowest deal n then book it to feel it’s cheaper. If you don’t follow this, then we feel ola is fraud/expensive etc. Thanks
