Ola cab claims to be one of the leading cab service providers in india but I have had very bad experience with ola so I do not recommend other users to use it. The cost is more than other cab services like ’uber’, and ’meru’. Moreover Ola never gives its customers discount coupon or any promotional code rather they do not forget to charge hugely in the name of wee hours. I am from kolkata and I have also seen Ola drivers denying to switch on the ac.
At times I have also seen that the drivers know nothing about the route and when asked about gps device they have they say it is not working.
Overall living in Kolkata I can say that I won’t prefer Ola as the first choice ever. Much improve needed !
