Having tried Bigbasket and Grofer apps, I tried Ola Store one it was launched and was pleasantly surprised. The app is well designed though there may be confusion regarding the category and subcategory at times. As regarding the availability of products, it’s at par with it’s competitors - there are some products which are unavailable on Olastore but available on other online stores, and sometimes it’s the other way round.
You’d need to pick and choose from multiple apps if you want a 100% complete delivery) However, the majority of products are easily available so it’s not a deal-breaker. The service is good and timely, products are delivered on the first 10 minutes of the chosen time slot(e.g. if I choose for delivery between 8 PM - 9 PM, it is always delivered before 8:15 PM) delivery persons are courteous and well-behaved. Products are delivered in well packed condition and vegetables are usually fresh and good.
