My Mother and several other friends and family members have always trusted the Oil of Olay name to help them keep their skin soft and clean. But, as sometimes happens, there is always at least one bad apple in the bunch that has the unfortunate job of breaking the news that even the sensitive care formula of this face wash causes their face to break out. And this time, it is I who have this horrible duty.
My duty is to let people know that while this seems to be a truly wonderful product for some people to use, it can cause other people to have light to heavy break outs.
I had been using another product to cleanse my face and neck. After hearing about how satisfied other people were with this line of products, I decided to give it a try. And now, well, now I am almost embarrassed to be seen. I have several spots on my face that have broken out due to this face wash.
Thinking that surely I would be able to use the sensitive skin version of this foaming face wash, I bought it and gave it a try. After only three days I noticed my face had started to have what appeared to be a acne problem starting. I never had acne, and was not happy to say the least.
I then started asking around and found others who have had similar experiences with this line of products. So while it does work wonderful for others, buyer beware, if you have sensitive skin it could possibly cause you a break out.
