Today and tomorrow, 28th and 29th December, 2013, Olay Total Effects is running a scheme whereby if you give them your current skin creme you get a Rs 749 cream pack free. Of course T&C apply.
So here is the problem:
The T&C are not available anywhere, their website had no clue about the scheme and hence the T&C are not to be found. If you go there, well guess what, only ladies can try their luck. Unique term and condition! No problem.
Wonder of wonders if you are an existing Olay user you can’t exchange your empty Olay bottle. And why so? Because you are an existing user and hence know the benefits so the scheme is not for you! Wow. I would not be surprised if the free boxes get distributed within friends and family.
One of the largest FMCG companies can run a hair brained scheme like this? Only in India I guess. Elsewhere some of the brand guys would have lost their jobs.
