Hi friends I am going to share my review about old quarter hostel. so unfortunately our stay at the old quarter hostel was extremely disappointing and detracted from our stay in panjim.
the only positive I found here is the location else it's not a place to stay with family and especially in the deluxe room.perhaps it would be good to stay is in a hostel then that's why I.
booked it after so many positive reviews.
Not a value for money old quarter hostel panjim but I felt that deluxe room is pathetic as I paid almost 2500/- per day with tax. The room was not ready even when we reached well after the check in time.
The most unhygienic place during 2 days of every stay the room was never cleaned even for once.we were mostly out during the daytime but they didn't keep the room key also when I had asked them to keep the room key so they have the justification for not having the room key for cleaning the room.
below the expectation services staff was incompetent from the first movement we checked in.
Wi-Fi connection was not good English breakfast was good .but goan breakfast was really bad.I feel they should cheat people in the name if deluxe room whether they should use this room the same way they are using their other rooms like a hostel kind of setup.
Highly disappointed by their services.
my expectation was not unrealistic I just need the basic facilities which work really missing and I feel sorry for my decision of staying there at Goa at this place which I could have stayed at the same location.
I don't recommend this place to my friends with family at all.
there is only one window and the room kind get extremely humid with no AC even through it was publicized to have one air coolers are a must for this establishment. didn't sleep all night.
