I am here to share my experience. I went to Allahabad before few months for some work. I asked one of my friend from Allahabad to prefer a good restaurant for a dinner. He told me that Old Town restaurant is good so I went there. But my experience in that restaurant was very bad. The management of that hotel was not good. I waited too much to seat on a table even there was not a crowd of a customer. The Ambience in the restaurant was not there at all. Then I sat on a table and asked for a menu. The prices of food were too high and the variety of food was very less. Finally from that variety I ordered my food. I was irritated by waiting for my food. I complaint to the manager, he asked me to wait few minutes more and that few minutes were more than half an hour. Really the customer service was very bad. At last I received my food and I started my dinner. The taste and the quality of food was such a bad that I didn’t ate 10% of my food. I paid my bill and left the restaurant.
So I prefer not to visit Old Town restaurant ever.
