I think their online ordering system is either defective or a fraud. I had ordered a V-G1100 Olive Compacta but no product was delivered despite full payment by credit card. When I contacted their customer care executive, they said the product will be delivered in seven working days.
Later they informed (only when I contacted them) that there is a delay and will be delivered after two weeks. Still later they put the phone down rudely or do not respond at all. There is no response to emails either. If this is not cheating, what is? Not sure what I can do. Luckily the cost is only rs 595.
So you guys beware when ordering online from Olive. Ill update this if the problem is resolved.
