No matter which company/office you work in, it’s You who have to prove your worth (through your work). If you’re committed towards your work, towards learning and growing, every company (every company) is a great company. But, if you are sort of person who does nothing but complaining and back-biting (and filling up web with negative comments about the company you work in for years), no company will be a good company for you.
Olive e-Business, as I know it, is a wonderful company with very wonderful people around; and if I remember correctly, the company never sacked any employee of its, even when all the companies around were kicking off their employees during the peak of Recession.
Let’s not complain; let’s not back-bite; let’s not fill the web with false, rude comments about a company (which generated hundreds of job-opportunities for the talented individuals); let’s be true and let’s be honest.
