Olx.in is a very good place to buy/sell products and I appreciate the site usefulness. But I had a horrible experience buying a washing machine from Shivajinagar, Bangalore.
I visited the seller place in person, examined the washing machine and bought it. It was delivered in a day. The person(seller) gave 6 months warranty on it. It worked well for 1.5 months and it stopped working suddenly. The seller is now not replying in any way, even their phone numbers are not reachable/switched off. You are helpless in such condition. The cost of repairs came to around 4 to 5K. I bought it for 7-7.5K.
My advice is - if you buy from olx, always buy from normal persons/citizens like you; dont ever buy from these vendor who post multiple ads on olx.
