I got vexed after posting my ad for several times in olx. Their cust care execs are just morons with no brain. They don’t know how to review an ad. I posted an ad regarding my club mahindra membership. My ad was posted and when I wanted to add pics,
First they rejected saying that pics should be original, where as those pics were clicked by me. They used to give silly reasons. They themselves don’t know their rules and policies. Finally when I sent them my pics and asked to post by themselves, they completely removed my ad saying ads regarding club mahindra are not allowed where as like 130+ ads of club mahindra were lying there. when reported they promised to remove them as well, but they are still lying there along with pics. Such a pathetic service. Even big size images aren’t allowed.
They don’t have this facility to hide your phone number. When I asked if I could hide my ph number and give it to only trustable person, they simple said not possible. It doesn’t even have that many search options. In stead of their silly and brainless ads they should concentrate more on how their pathetic website and illiterate executives are working.
