Right now 3 withdrawals are stuck in less than a weeks time period. Customer service keeps on giving lame excuses and points out 4-5 working days to resolve, until then they don’t even raise a ticket. Mine is not big ticket. So if your are trusting them with your money, just be very careful. And this is not the first time I am having withdrawal trouble, just that this time it is delayed for big time and I still have not got any solution and any convincing response. It’s almost 3 weeks and they are just delaying with their standard 5 business days for each step story. I think this is part of their game plan of duping small section of customers, who eventually gets tired and give up. If it is due to payment hackers then their platform is a big security risk. Avoid them.
After 5 business days which ended on 28.10.25, now they are saying another 10 business days. They are definitely trying to tire me so that I give up.
Don’t risk your money with them. They are crooks.
