Very happy with the way the Olympus has its service network in Cities. I have purchased Olympus fe47 through Star CJ alive.
Was facing problem with rechargeable battery after purchase, I was able to click only 10-20 photo’s with two battery in. However when I contacted the local service person they have guided me properly and now my concern is resolved. Again after that I m facing the problem in LED, again I have got the promise for the replacement of the same in warranty.
I m disapointed due to complaints, but the way my calls handled I m assured about my resolve.
