The plot was old. I have seen similar movies in past.However it was treated with well keeping political scenario in mind.Usually, Hollywood in general has always tried to glorify the image of USA in terms of strength, technology and robustness.
However in this movie the director has showcased how vulnerable such a great country is and it takes 15 mins for its army to reach white-house AKA Olympus incase of a full-proof attack. So I like the way its treated....my issue is that story became one character centric and that is Gerald Butler.Even though I’m a big fan of him(PS I love U & 300). His existence in the plot is very mediocre and not a super-hero type.
The end is also abrupt and needed more defined climax.Overall a one time watch and an average film.....in other words watch it if u are a Gerald fan.
