I have taken the service of Om packers and movers. I had a bizarre experience. They have provided the quotation and I had gone with that without any discount to get the good service but service wise they are poorest one. I had to call them many times.
Then they took the goods and amount but did not provide the insurance docs which I have taken for 1.5 lakhs to cover the damage if any. While I was receiving the goods there is no co-ordination at all. I had to call the workers, truck driver n all.
When I got the items lots of things are broken down.when I asked for claim they are telling no insurance paper, so no claim. They are not providing the papers at all.all the time they are telling it is on the way.courier guy is missing, scanner is not working n lots of excuses like this.
When I have written mail to all the offices they have not responded back and finally I called the head office.
They have also not taken any step to rectify their issue. Mainly the Noida, Delhi office is the big hub for cheaters.
Don’t take any service from them otherwise you will be in pain like me.
