We hired them to move our household goods from Mumbai to Hyderabad in May 2014. They made big promise of delivering the good on time(in 2 days) whereas we received goods after 5 days.
We kept calling the person from Mumbai and he said driver locked the truck in mid-way and went to attend some marriage. When we actually met the driver he informed us that goods started from Mumbai only yesterday.
They also lost 1 item and stopped answering our calls. They also promised that they will take insurance but never gave us receipts even on repetitive reminders. At last we came to know that they never bought insurance, fortunately we didn’t pay for the insurance.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
