Honda Unicorn is the Best Bile in it category. No doubt. But omsai honda. No way.
Incedent1:
Envolope containg the service coupons says second service is between 46-135 days . But in the manual it is diffrent 75 to 90days and hence did not accept the free service. At that point a paid service was done and verbaly agreed the warranty will not be affected.
Incedent 2
Headlight Switch Assebly had to be changed. Omsai honda said it is not under warranty. When contacted honda they said it is under warranty. On getting back to omsai they said they have sold the replaced part in scrap and could not refund me.

After reporting the same trouble many times the problem was not sorted.
Incedent 4
Fuel coke had to be replaced under extended warranty. Accroding to om sai since second service was not on time the extended warranty is void.
