SRK lost the plot post interval

It Kindof surprises me to see so many positive reviews for a movie thats is good and funny before the interval, serious and boring in the second half.

The movie was lame in the second half inspite of an entertaining first.

A washroom and the exit queue is the best place to gauge the audience’s reaction.

It was all thumbsup for the first half.  ’Abhi Tak to mast chal rahi hai’ *said one expert commentator.

The story revolved around multiple characters. Each character had a role to play, a story about himself. It was funny and great. Everyone just hoped Farha Khan doesnt screw it up post interval.

The Exit queue .... the first reaction I heard .. ’*Even Main Hoon Naa was better’ *..

followed by ....

’Isse achcha to Karz hi dikha dete phir se’ *(They cud have screened Karz instead)

’SRK has lost it’

and many more.

This clearly says the mood with which people left. I personally felt the second half it was SRK all the way. All others were left in the background. None of the characters, including Dipika, Talpade or Kiron Kher make you stand up and take notice. Their roles were more of a formality to give SRK maximum airtime.

Inspite of that even SRK felt like he was just doing the whole revenge thing just because he had been asked to do so.

Arjun Rampal had so little to do .. he just kept a shocked expression throughout the 2nd half.

Rishi Kapoor was charismatic in all respects in Karz ... SRK just plays himself in OSO.

How I wish the 2nd Half was better ...... A disappointing Diwali Gift from Bollywood !!!

Two stars for the first half and AKKI !!
