I used Omer Travels Semi sleeper bus no AO 02 U 8109 from Shirdi to Hyderabad. The Bus arrived late by one and half hour. When it arrived , no staff was co-operative enough to take the luggage and keep in luggage room. We started in a very bad mood as it was already delayed. After say 45 minutes we realized that the AC was not working properly.
When we told this to staff they were not ready to listen. We waited for more 45 minutes .now the condition was pathetic with full heat and sweating. The staff were not listening. They had not given water bottle also. The TV audio was not working and hence this was also switched off.
When the bus stopped after 3 hours for dinner, I had a verbal dispute and many co-passengers also joined the same. The owner was called. He was not ready to listen. The staff members were behaving in an extremely unprofessional manner.
I would give a thumbs down to Omer travels.
