I have a wrost experience with the billing department of Omini Hospital. My uncle who met with an accident nearby omini hospital was soon rushed for medical care in the said hospital. The doctors examined and suggested a surgery need to done at leg for which he need to joined as in-patient for 7days. For joining the billing department have took a sum of Rs3000/- as advance which I paid and when they said the total amount for surgery and all would go more than 70, 000/- we went for insurance.
The insurance has been claimed and the total bill was paid through the insurance in absence of me my Uncle had got discharged after paying the total bill through insurance department. As my uncle was unaware about the advance amount he did not make a notice. My concern is that why the advance amount is not reflected in the total bill when everything is computerized, anyhow all the accident cases do join in the same way the first preliminary payments would be done by the patients relatives only. For my surprise when I asked Mr.Sridhar responsible person he says like I need to show the bill it depicts that they know and they want to deceive us. This is really very worst so I want to warn other people about the billing department of this hospital. This hospital billing department includes all deceivers.
