Worst courier service.
Never trust them for timely delivery.
My shipment never reached me and top of that customer service representative says he could not do anything, Its not her problem, do whatever you want to do.
Got extremely disappoint with there service.
Can anyone tell me how I can raise complain to consumer forum?
I suggest better go with government authorised courier service and don’t trust courier service like on-dot(Black mark on name of courier services).
