"One Indian Girl" I’ve finished the book yesterday and it is about a girl name radhika mehta who’s mairrage has been fixed and she narrates the story of how her life was, she was a good bright student kind of nerd and book geek different from her sister who was kind hot hot chick, not so good in studies etc. She always wanted to be independent when she became after getting a huge package jab at a banking sector in company named Goldman Sachs. CB just showed how a girl is how and what a girl feels in different circumstances, what she wants...
The story moves forward as she gets job in Hongkong and there she met Deb, one of the main character, in a party and then the became frnds and then slowly couples. One of the chapter also describes their first intercourse and how she felt.
They were happy but as we know there is nothing life happily lived after kind of story so the started having fights as Radhika started earning a very huge amount as compared to deb this made him feel like inferior and one day they had a small kind of big fight so she decided to take same flowers from shop and reach home early and ask for forgiveness from dev.
As she reached home silently and got into her bedroom she saw deb sleeping with another girl, this broke her and she decided to leave him and Hongkong too..
She requested her bank for a transfer and reached New York.
There she met her boss Neel Gupta.
They started to work together and made many awesome deals closed..and slowly the got close to each other.
One they went for a deal to an island and there they got attracted and had sex.
Both started to love each other.
Neel was a married man. So he decided to leave his family and marry Radhika.
This reminded Radhika of Deb and she didn’t wanted to break someone’s mairrage so she avoided Neel and broke up with him too. And wanted to resign from the firm and Neel suggested her not to do so and instead take a transfer if she wanted to go away.
Radhika got transferred to London branch and as she was grown up for mairrage so her mother started to force her and she got ready for mairrage as she was tired from her choices.
Her marriage got fixed with Brijesh Gulati.
At her mairrage function she found her both he ex’s present to convince her and there she got confused and said everything to his fiance and they both decided to postpone the mairrage as she was not ready.
This is all about how a nerd girl life went from schooling to job and then to mairrage.
It’s a good book but still a kind if time waste coz it just like a biography of a fictional girl...
