I have been with this company for more than 2years and yet find the appraisal procedure very weak as they still believe in old traditional way of whatever the manager takes decision as best irrespective of the fact how good is the candidate.
Work culture wise it is a very good company, flexible and cool environment.
Notable thing is that you need to give a notice period of 2 months, now it is logical that any company who is hiring you will not take you granted for 2 months, So think before you join them.
