I bought an iphone 6s plus 64 gb last may insured with oneasssit which costed around 6k additionally for insurance with no claims during first year also renewed this policy paying 5k during this may for same handset specially for iphone if any physical or liquid damages it was assured that handset will be replaced later on few weeks ago in an accident my handset screen broke into multiple pieces when contacted customer care they said as per latest policy they would not replace rather would service / repair the handset I still kept quiet obliging to what they said after few weeks got my handset back which was serviced itseems and screen was replaced from the minute I recieved the handset powerkey was not working fine but I jus ignored reporting to them anticipating otherwise device should be working fine as this is my primary handset and fully dependant on this device & later after 3/4 days suddenly screen turns totally in red hence contacted on a live chat on oneassist app with their executive when requested to arrange for a call back to address these issues who denies for such sevice and he claims that any such issues should be reported to them within 48 hrs from the date of handset being delivered post service repenting for insuring such a expensive device with such a crooked company which has no ethics feeling sorry to even use such harsh words on such cheaters around us extracting money from customers all around moreover another blunder is recently bought an iphone 5s which I have also insured that too with oneassist regret for such wrong decisions from my end so conclusion is post service from oneassist it should work or break down within 48 hrs which should be reported them which clearly proves that their service level is assured only upto 48 hrs they are clear that post 48 hrs it will not work great going oneassist keep it up
