They are just worst insurance providers in the market with almost no credibility left, I don’t know why Mi Protect which is given by Xiaomi RED Mi is retaining them as insurance provider for their phones. They will also lose credibility with such a worst insurance partner like OneAssist. They reject claims just by saying that you should take care of your phone, they did it in my case(claim #4070634) they said I should be keeping phone at safe places not in upper pocket.
I recommend that all people who got claim rejection should file a court case against this company so this company shuts down soon. Such fraud companies should not exist in India, they are just looting the customers on the name of device insurance. OneAssist is a fraud device insurance company
