I have given my handset on april 1st .they told my insurance will be claimed and I will get back my phone within 30 working days max.
But it took nearly 4months yo get back my phone. Everyday I spent nearly 30mins.i got mentally pressurized bcoz of them.
They will not update you properly.mng if u call them and ask.they will say one thing.and on the same day if u call on the eve they will narrate another story.
Plz dont invest ur money.finally it will end up wit mental stress.
And everytime u call u have to narrate them r history.those people will not even take responsibility to read the notes present upfront on their system
