I everyone , I had buy insurance policy for my redmi note 4 from oneassit. My phone was accidentally fell into water. After my restless efforts they took my phone and they took 17 days to repair my phone. You have option beside to buy or arrange new phone as standby. Any how that’s OK they took time. But they sent me someone else’s used phone. My phone was not laminated, but the phone I get back is laminated which a solid proof that they had changed my handset rather than repair that one.As other compnies pay you against the bill of rapired device , the benefit of this process is that you can make repair your device from desired service centre and you get your handset in max 2 working days though you have to pay yourself first and you get claim in few days. But it’s totally OK as you get your handset back very soon and you are confident of repair part.I have emailed to oneassit as well as to mi care India to resolve the issue. They asked me 24 hours of time to resolve the issue. If they will not make it clear in 48 hours I will file a case in consumer court. Please reply if any same case or want to file case on oneassist.Please don’t buy their service.
