I found this site when I was searching for Chicco Neptune 1-2-3 car seat, Did queried them for product & they were good at my first dealing that they arranged the car seat & I got it through them. This product was nowhere available, not in chicco Bangalore store as well. Seeing this my trust build up(my bad), I then bought few more stuff which was not readily available near me i.e. chicco baby stuff walker some toys etc. to the tune of I guess 30k+ I gave business to onebazaar, given the fact all my deliveries were late to the tune of 15 to 20 days or more, but I did got unavailable products so I never bothered.
Apparently I trusted the site so few days back bought a Panasonic WA18FHS Lid cooker, to my dismay with this product they showed me their character. I got it late as usual with their useless couriers who keep products in their yards(Product remained in courier yard for more than 4-5 days). Moreover dtdc site showed it as delivered? voila. & onebazaar also displayed it as delivered. I complained but nothing happened, called several times but no answer & finally they stopped responding on my tickets/emails as well.
Somehow by god’s grace package was delivered, the courier guy just left it to my building security & never bothered to call me if its delivered or not. When I got it, first thing I noticed was a big note on the box mentioning - "If u have signed courier receipt without checking, then damage etc. is solely ur responsibility"
Great a policy change in a fortnight? I called up CC & talked to a rep - "Sonam" she said its fine open it & if anything wrong just let us know. I opened it & to my utter dismay I found the product is 2 yrs old, i.e. 13 Aug 2010 is Manufacturing date on it.
Again called up to CC as to what bullshit is this, they said a response to cc@onebazaar.com I DID THAT. Then later I called if I will ever get a response as u donot respond on my queries anymore, THEN call forwarded to someone in hierarchy some lady I guess, didn’t told her name, BUt she said - U BOUGHT ON ONEBAZAAR SO U AGREED TO T&C & NOW ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, IT’S U WHO SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ALL T&C’S PRIOR PLACING ORDER.voila.
Here goes all my confidence. they are all same & its my mistake to trust it. Finally I said Ok my mistake please cancell all my other pending orders(I have 2 orders pending with them that time) & Now goodbye to Onebazaar, a site where people tell u its ur problem u bought from us & they donot mention anywhere that they are sending 2 yr old product?
STAY AWAY. Highly irresponsible site & people. None cares. Flipkart is much better they changed my products thrice without any question however bit priced higher, its acceptable as they donot cheat & say its ur problem.
