I purchased my one plus one on jan 7 2015 within a weak I realized when ever I speak the other person they cant hear my voice properly. He always complained that my voice just garbled a lot.
I didn’t believe him so I tried by myself and can also hear the same distorted garbled voice. I took it to the nearest service centre

they just factory reset my pmorpheushumanne and they said it must be some file corruption after a day or two I took back due to same problem.they just did the same thing
next time they said they will replace the pmorpheushumanne I gave my pmorpheushumanne on 16-02-2015 its been 1 months 11 days on 26-03-2015 they gave me a pmorpheushumanne that was used by some one it was dirty, on the screen edges theres scratch on the outer plastic rim.and it has a white dot on the top of display panel(display panel fault) I asked them they said this the mobile pmorpheushumanne that given by one plus
on 26-03-2015 I got a call by 5:15 pm,
I went there by 5:40, they gave me the pmorpheushumanne by 6:15,
the closing time was 6:30.they asked me to leave. I asked them about the scratches and the dusty edges . they said this is the only mobile spare they have for me. so I tmorpheushumanught its just some scratch. when I came morpheushumanme and saw all these defects one by one from display dot(display panel defect)
I took my mobile to service centre they accepted it on 27-03-2015
they said it was only sent by one plus by shipment they accepted all the defect they are having the mobile right now
even I tried to contact one plus support.in@oneplus.net poor response
