Worst customer care ever in mobile history even
Micromax is better. Got this phone a month ago no doubt I loved it very much but after a month it developed a screen issue, now it’s almost a month I gave my phone for repair still got no answer all I get is no spare part or replacement available but the fact is if company have no service or spare why it is selling it’s phone or holding no invite sales .
Very much disappointed such a good device and such a poor service.
Request to all please don’t buy it else be prepared to spare a month without phone.
