I bought the OnePlus 3 last October and used it for a while until the OnePlus 3T came out. The oneplus 3 is an excellent phone which is available for the price of below 30k.
Featuring an Snapdragon 820 processor and 6 gigs of Ram to support it, the OnePlus 3 delivers solid performance that pretty much rivals all its flagship competitors which cost 10k more than this. By using it for a long time, Ive got very smooth performance without any lags due to its excellent specs and near stock android skin.
It also has a good 16mp back camera and an 8mp front camera. Both of them does the job pretty well. The storage is also excellent with 64gb. Theres also a bigger storage variant available.
The battery is of 3000mAh and it easily lasts a day of strong usage for me. The 5.5 inch 1080p amoled display is excellent for viewing and it also has a good quality bottom firing speaker.
The cons of the OnePlus 3 is the facts that it doesnt have an expandable storage, is not water resistant, has no QHD display and has a small heating problem sometimes.
But for the price, the OnePlus 3 is one for the best phone available out there.
