This phone good in network reception. Phone easily receive signal. I didnot face any problem using 4G in this device. I can easily switch between 2G to 3G or to 4G.
Talking about the customer service, yes you can get some problem in it. Oneplus 3T user can face problem if something wrong with device because their are a few service centre in India. So before buy this device please keep in mind this point.
Yeah, this phone is great but you can face some problem on charges. Due to lack of service this is a negative point of this device.
