I had purchased One Plus 3 . The handset stopped working within a month’s time and is in repair since last 1 month. I requested the company for the replacement but they are not replacing the phone.I had bought the handset for Rs. 28 K and it went off within a months time.Company is not ready to replace the phone neither is giving any solution. I dont have my phone since last 1 month and still there is no revert from them.my kind advice pls check all parts of the mobile accessories at time of the showroom then buy the product.
