The phone gets stuck on the Lock screen. When I approach for the return, Amazon advised to check with the Engineer first and if the phone is not repairable than they will accept the return. An engineer came and did the factory resetting and Phone started again but that is not a solution for the faulty phone. We asked the engineer as well that if the problem occurs again in the future what to do and engineer replied that do the same process factory reset setting. As a mobile user, we have data stored in the Phone and we cant do factory reset settings all the time whenever we got some issue.
After 2 days, again the same problem occurs and now I cant return or replace the phone as return window is closed. Now Amazon is advising to visit service center as the phone is under one year of warranty. Very disappointed. I would highly not recommend this phone. Please do not waste your money buying One Plus 5T phone.
