Recently I went to oneplus online store. I found some good mobiles. And I have looked into a smartphone name oneplus 3T. Which specification is enough for me. So I have decided to buy the smart phone which is cost me around 26000 rupees. Then I an account on oneplusstote.in I fill the address details. After that I went to payment section where I found online payment option and cash on delivery option. So I choose online payment option.
After that when I made my payment there is an error in the Gateway saction and I found that my payment has been cancelled. But from my bank account the payment is deducted. And the product was limited in stock. So I call one plus customer care told him what happened and they finally tell me that sir your payment has been received by our system but for some technical error your order is not placed. So they told me tour they will refund my money but I told me sir it was limited in stock so it will be better if you give me the product. Then the executive says that we cant give you the products cause its not in stock you have to take the money so there is no other way. So I say alright give me my money.
I mean really they fraud with me first this shows that the product is available and then its not and its also take my money. Worst service
