Being my first job as a fresher I did not know what to expect.
There were times I questioned my decision to join but then I worked on it and removed many of those doubts and continued to strive to grow.
I think there was a time when things were not so great, however the hard work of employees and efforts of the seniors really made a difference. People are not leaving or fired.
So, just work hard do well for yourselves and not much to complain.
