I bought this TV one year and four months back, during the soccer world cup.It was told it has a gauranty & warranty of four years, but two months back there was some problem & we were charged for the repair(which was done after repeatedly calling the service center).This TV has a problem from day one-----the picture gets cut from both the sides its like reading a sentence without the starting & last word .Hasn’t been rectified even after cdoplaining for more than a hundred times.
It is better to pay three to four thousand more and buy a sony or philips tv .I would personally never advise any body to buy this product. I t is only waste of our hard earned money.
As regarding the service center numbers , they do not exist at all. The service boys know nothing about electrical circuits , then they don’t know english or hindi.Infact they expect you to know the local language & if you don’t know it they prefer to speak only in the local language.HORRIBLE, EXPERIENCE.*
