The washing machine I bought worked fine for 3 years. But that he is how I believe is the quality of most of the washing machines today. So what differentiates one brand from another is their services support. And Onida is pathetic in service support. You call them up and put a complaint their engineer does not call you for 2 to 3 days. Then he calls and fixes an appointment for a day and then does not turn up. You try his number he never calls back.
One day he comes and fixes the problem the machine starts giviing problem again the next day. That shows the quality of fix provided. Then the whole cycle begins again.you again call up thier call center and again keep on following up with the engineer. So think again before buying the machine. Find out which company provides you better post sales support and go for that.
