Bad Customer Service by Onida

This is regarding a complaint for a Washing Machine Model No.HYDROCARE85 & SERIAL NO. S85GC#17JG6#001921 on 14th November 2018 from my Registered Mobile Number 9971425105. My complaint is regarding a twin tub which got a whole in the lower part of the tub while washing a jeans. The whole is very tiny and after examine the whole by your service engineer he consulted his area manager and after his approval and understanding the fault I was told that they need to replace the tub free of cost. Since than I called your customer care Number more than 15 times and I always received a answer that my concern is being forwarded to concerned person on priority basis and I should receive a call soon. After calling so many time on customer care I did not receive any solution and then I Insisted to speak to supervisor.I was being connected to Brijesh who tried calling area manager of Delhi Location but he could not connect him so he provided me with the number and I got the number of Mr Manoj(9136916610). After following for long I got a call from your Service engineer on 4th feb that they have arranged the part but I need to carry washing machine to carry Washing machine to their service centre. I agreed and carried WM to service centre. After waiting for about One and half hour and when whole WM was dismantled I was told by your service engineer that Twin Tub arranged by them is of different size and I need to wait further till they arrange correct twin tub. On this I had a large discussion with Mr Manoj and he committed me that he will fix the issue and he will arrange delivery of my WM by 9 th Feb which I finally agreed. On 9th Feb I did not received any response from his side and when I called him I was told that by 11th feb surely it will be delivered. on 11th again I called him and I was told that machine cannot be fixed and they are arranging for replacement.I also agreed for same and asked for timeline for replacement which he told me that he will confirm in one hour by calling me back. Again I did not receive any call back from him. I tried calling him on 13th feb and he did not picked my call instead sent a message that he will call back but again no call from his side. Today on 14th feb I again called back for knowing the status of replacement and they are telling a new story that machine cannot be replaced.I also spoke to Mr Sumit Kataria today and they all are just giving me new story again and again. I want to ask you people. 1. Is there any Time commitment for your service team? 2. Do you take more than 3 months to resolve a complaint.? 3. Do you value time of your customers? Expecting a solution for my complaint and please let me know do you really care for your customers.
