I’m not sure why other reviews rated very less for the Style & Design as I bought this Microwave just b’cuz it was looking marvelous, a real black beauty. Almost 1 year it didn’t created any problem. but now Auto-Cooking / Defrost are not at all working. I tried Onida service center but no response so far and it’s almost 3 weeks. I feel like my black beauty has become just a showcase piece in my kitchen.
If service guys would have responded and had fix the issue immediately, I would have give a 5star rating for this b’cuz somehow I still love its Looks(lol) and for 1 year it worked without a single problem. But as long as it remains as a showpiece, how could I ever recommend this product to anyone?
