I cannot even rate the service & support, as well as product durability. Please avoid buying Onida products as their service is next to NIL.
The service executives have visited us 4 times till now, none has a clue - Looks like we are a zoo in our visit rather than a washing machine. No communication and this is the 4th time in 2 years this product is giving problem!
So please avoid.
