In our home we have used this product . The quality is extremely bad. It was used for 1 and half years then we sell it as iron weight price . This company is bad .
Service and support : - The worst thing that I faced for this is service . I have to phone around 9 to 10 times then one receives and send some men to repair . It takes also time . Then after that one said it is not our problem another men will come . Again same case goes on for a month . Then the ac is repaired .
Cooling and sound : - The cooling is good but it doesn’t adjust anytime . If the cool air start coming it never stops . So the room is chilled and the sound of ac is so high that we cant sleep properly . Many problems are there like dropping of water from inside outlet . The thing is of no use .
Reliability and satisfaction : - From the first day there is some problem in the machine and it doesn’t satisfied me anytime . It was in our home for 1 and half years we used for only 1 or 2 months . By the time it has a problem and the service centre men doesn’t come to repair it . Completely loss if anyone buy it .
Value for money : - It costs less than other ac’s like hitachi or mistubishi . It costs around 34000-35000 which is a total loss . If doesn’t satisfy me from anywhere in this price. This is the worst ac I have used in my life .
I can suggest that not to buy this company ac . If you want to buy spend some more money and but hitachi or mistubishi ac’s . They are far better than this one
