I recently had a move and had sent an email to shift the AC. Prompt came the response and then regular follow-ups every couple of hours and the shift was done within 24 hours.
I had a minor issue with the AC after the shift. Reported the complaint on Sunday afternoon and it was set right on Sunday night..
I just couldn’t think that someone could work on Sunday to keep customers happy!! When I buy a durable next, Onida would get an extra mark for service.
