My neighbor bought this washing machine just a few days ago. They bought this product from Amazon and they got it just on time, but till now installation is not yet done by Onida. The installation engineer called them on a week ago and told that he would be in their home in one hour, but did not come home that day.
They are calling him daily from that day. You know what he said just a couple of days ago
"If you need a free installation just wait. I will be there when I am free, If you have any urgency, get that work done by a local technician. Please do not call me".
This is a very disappointing experience as this is one of the worst service provided by any brand especially they do tell about so many things to fulfill but nothing is done yet.
Very disappointing.
