I have an ongoing ticket with their escalation team.
I paid 12000rs plus for various services like GST registration, Ptax Exemption, Business License, GST Nil service etc..Their invoices are not even clear with breakages. Invoice doesn’t even tell for what service they have taken money. Their services are pathetic.Most of them cannot speak in English.Even if you choose an option English, you end up speaking to a Hindi speaking associate. You should again wait till they transfer the call to English speaking person. They donot give you clear picture about the possible charges for availing a service on call. They also do not tell anything about charges that do not come next. You will keep paying and paying. It starts from small denominations and will go on and on. They aretoo strategically and legally being fraudulent. They never do refunds even if you dislike their service. Their service is disgusting! Even if you have not sent documents for processing, they will not refund your money. They never refund your money at any cost
