I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. At first, their sales team was quick to respond and asked for a commercial rent agreement and an electricity bill which I promptly submitted. But after that, things went downhill.
Suddenly, they started demanding additional documents like property deed and verification papers, which were never mentioned initially. It became clear they dont have clarity on their own service process.
When I asked for a refund, since no actual service was delivered, they denied it citing that time and manpower are non-refundable. What kind of policy is that? If you cant deliver what was promised, refunding should be a basic courtesy.
📌 To make things worse, I later came across news that the Calcutta High Court has refused to quash a cheating case against Online Legal India, indicating serious allegations already exist.
🔴 My Advice:
Avoid Online Legal India.
Dont trust their sales pitch.
Always read the fine print before paying.
If they dont deliver raise a complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in or NCH.
Ive now taken my issue to a more professional agency and filed a formal complaint.
Think twice before using this platform.
